笔记本问题：求助！！

以前一直没有出过蓝屏问题，近两天突然出现了，所以，第一次出问题我以为是系统崩溃，所以，我重装了系统，今天又再一次出现过提示，所以，我想向大家讨教！望高手不吝赐教！

蓝屏信息提示为：

A problem has been detectd and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
if this is the frist time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer,if this screen appears agiain follow these steps:

check to be sure you have adequate disk space. if a driver is identified in the stop message , disable the driver or cheach. with the manufacturer for driver updates .Try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware wendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup Option; and then select safe Mode。（大意是：一个问题是已被发现和窗户已经关闭，以防止损害您的计算机。

如果这是您第一次看到这种停止错误画面重新启动计算机。如果此屏幕再次出现，如下步骤：

检查并确保您有足够的磁盘空间，如果一个驱动程序中确定STOP消息，请禁用该驱动程序或请与制造商的

驱动程序更新。尝试改变视频适配器。

检查与您的硬件供应商的任何BIOS更新。禁用介绍内存选项，如缓存或阴影。如果你需要使用安全模式，以远程或停用comporents ，重新启动您的计算机，按F8键，选择高级启动选项，然后选择安全模式。

check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed
if this is a new installation. ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need
